Sword Techniques is an integral part of modern Wu Shu (also known as Kung Fu) to be contested at Beijing 2008. Aimed at developing physical strength, stigma, flexibility, agility and mental alertness. Sword techniques also stresses movement disciplines, energy regulation and skill training. Lots of fun as well as challenging.
Date: Wednesday 5 – 6pm from 10/08/05 to the 19/10/05 (no class 28/09)
Class size: 14 – 20
Venue: Sam Cracknell Pavilion
Costs: UNSW student $125
Included: 10wks x 1hr tuition. For safety reasons you will be using a specially designed retractable sword which you get to keep (value $28). Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
